Proposal requests are not orders
Submitting Build Your Event or the contact form is a request for a proposal. It is not a binding order and no payment is taken on this website. An agreement is only formed when both parties accept a written proposal.
Indicative prices
Prices shown are indicative estimates, exclude VAT unless stated, and may change depending on location, event dates, quantities, production requirements and availability. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal.
Product information and images
We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Actual products may vary slightly in finish, colour or specification, and equivalent alternatives may be offered depending on market and availability.
Liability
The website is provided as is. Terms of delivery, cancellation and liability for event services are set out in each proposal and agreement.
