Who we are

Activate Nordics is a Sweden-based field marketing and event execution company. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Registered company details will be added here once confirmed.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through this website:

• Contact form: name, company, work email, role, markets of interest and your message.
• Build Your Event: name, company, job title, work email, phone (optional), event location, dates, event details, selected products, quantities, services and any comments.

While you build an event, your selections are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose progress. This information stays on your device until you submit or clear it.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare an event proposal (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
• To follow up on your request and deliver the services you order (contract).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secured database operated by our cloud hosting provider. Access is restricted to authorised Activate Nordics staff. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers when pages load.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Final retention periods will be set during legal review.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). To exercise your rights, contact us through the contact page.
